NLP Mindset Coaching helps clients process and release whatever traumas or beliefs they are holding onto, which are having a negative effect on their mind and body well-being. The coaching will help clients to explore their mindset and limiting beliefs around fertility difficulties, pregnancy loss or concerns around having assisted treatment. It will help clients work though the emotional challenges they are facing and will help them to rewire their thought process to enable positive, healthy shifts to occur. By being more connected with their intuition and bodies, clients will be able to have more power and control on their fertility journey.

Trauma-Informed Pregnancy Loss Coach I help clients emotionally and physically address the trauma of losing their baby. I provide compassionate support and guidance to individuals or couples who are navigating the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy loss. By offering a safe, non-judgmental space to process the trauma and grief, clients are able to understand their feelings and emotions and they learn how to use them in a positive way to help guide them forward. As a miscarriage coach, I empower clients to prioritise self-care, navigate their healing journey and regain a sense of hope and control for the future.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – Energy Tapping) is used during the sessions. It is a simple, effective, evidence-based technique. It works by stimulating pressure points with your own fingers, and is compared to acupuncture, but without needles. Research at Harvard Medical School has shown that by stimulating certain meridian points in the body, EFT calms down the amygdala, the stress centre of the brain, and lowers the stress hormones. EFT will help bring your body into a relaxed response and leave you feeling calm, focussed and positive. Clients can also use it on themselves when they are undergoing fertility treatments and procedures.

Hypnotherapy supports the mind-body connection and helps release subconscious blocks which may be impeding fertility.  It will also help release the stress your body is under, and it will help you to relax and change lifestyle habits. Research has shown the impact that stress can have on the brain and how it can significantly lower the chances of becoming pregnant. Hypnotherapy will help you become more optimistic and positive within your everyday life, which will enable you to look forward with hope rather than fear. It will help you enter a more positive place with visualisations, affirmations, and strategies to overcome the anxiety and worry about your fertility struggles.

Fertility Nutrition is a vital foundation for reproductive health. By adopting a nutrient-dense, balanced diet tailored to support fertility, couples can not only improve their chances of conceiving but also lay the groundwork for a healthy pregnancy and child. Nutrients and supplements consumed during the preconception period can influence hormonal balance, egg and sperm quality, and overall reproductive system function.

Hypnobirthing helps you and your partner to prepare for the birth of your baby. You and your partner will be taught specific self-hypnosis, breathing and relaxation techniques. These will help you to feel relaxed and in control throughout your birthing experience, so your baby can enter this world peacefully and calmly. Hypnobirthing is beneficial and equally effective, whether you give birth naturally or by caesarean. It will also help you to deal with any unexpected difficulties in a calmer way.

 

The Hypnobirthing sessions educate you about the physiology and psychology of birthing, so that you can understand what is happening to your body during the stages of labour and birth. The sessions also address any negative thoughts and fears you may have about the birthing experience, empowering you to embrace the process feeling positive, confident and in-control. You will become more intuitive about your body, and you will be in a better position to make the best decisions for yourself and your baby. 

 

Outside of the sessions, you will be encouraged to spend time practising the relaxation and visualisation techniques. These will not just give you the opportunity to focus positively on yourself, but they will also help you and your partner bond with your baby. The positive effects of hypnobirthing continue after the birth, as it is known to help with better sleep patterns, improved feeding and more energy. It helps with the early weeks of parenthood, so you and your partner can embrace this special time feeling happy, calm and relaxed.

  

The Hypnobirthing Online Programme is delivered to couples on an individual basis, exclusively tailoring the programme to their needs.

  • Self-Hypnosis to enable you to practise relaxing your body and mind

These skills are fully transferable into everyday life and will enable you to bond well with your new-born baby, find breastfeeding (if you decide to do so) enjoyable and effortless and encourage good sleeping patterns for you and baby, allowing you to feel energised and return to your pre-pregnancy weight easily.

About the Sessions

  • The sessions can be held online via Zoom, or if you’re local, in person at my therapy room in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
  • Everything you discuss will be in the strictest of confidence and in compliance with the latest Data Protection rules and regulations. 
  • Before we meet, you’ll be asked to read, sign, and return a client agreement form and an initial consultation form.
  • You will be made to feel relaxed and at ease, allowing you to be open and share how you are feeling, in an honest, comfortable, and non-judgemental way.
  •  I will also be available to be contacted during the week if you need someone to talk to.
